Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Data Controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Yeşilkayalar Hırdavat (Yavuz Selim Mah., Kıbrıs Cd. No:93 D:95, 34275 Arnavutköy/İstanbul, Türkiye) as the data controller, within the scope described below.

- Identity and contact details: full name, company name, phone number, email address, city
- Request details: the content of your message and request
- Transaction security data: time of submission and IP address (kept briefly to prevent abuse)

- Responding to catalog requests and sending you our current product catalog
- Replying to your questions, requests and suggestions
- Carrying out quotation and sales processes
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse
- Fulfilling our legal obligations
Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website and processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is (c) directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) necessary to fulfil our legal obligations and (f) necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the IT service providers that host our website and database, and to authorised public authorities upon request. Our service providers' servers may be located abroad; such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set by the applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7, to request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of these actions, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
